Foreign National participation will not be authorized for in-person industry day, as they will not have access to base. The Government is still working on a determination to see if they will be allowed to participate virtually and in the overall procurement.

The Government is planning an Industry Day for this requirement. There will be a virtual and in person option. The dates chosen for Industry Day are 30-31 Aug 2023. The location for Industry Day is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK. 

More information regarding the Government's requirement will be provided on this announcement prior to Industry Day. 

The Government will not pay, reimburse, and/or allocate any funds to any company (or person) for participation in Industry Day or provide funds for any response to any request for information that supports planning for this requirement. 

In support of planning Industry Day, please provide your company's interest in participating in person or virtually. You can email the Contacting Officer, Amanda Jones, letting her know if you plan to participate. If you would like to participate in person, please request a DoD Safe Link from Amanda Jones. You will need to provide the attached Contractor Data for Industry Day EAL sheet with the requested information filled out completely. This information is required to obtain base access. There is no guarantee base access will be granted. The Government will not reschedule or work around conflicts preventing participation, to include any base access issues. This form due on or before 14 Aug 23. 

The Government reserves the right to cancel Industry Day and this Requirement without providing reason or notice.

      (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Request for Information (RFI) or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

      (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
