Please be advised of the additional provided questions and answers. Should the Diagram take precedence or the written SOW. Winter Gear: Pipe and Drape on diagram but not in SOW: Answer: Pipe and Drape are required. Should there be an equal number of linens for each table?  The SOW currently doesn't match: Answer: There should be an equal amount of linens for each table. Breakfast Station: Tent in Diagram is 40x10. SOW states 40x20. Which should we prepare for? Answer: 40x20 What color are the tables linens? Answer: Blue in the breakfast area, white in all other areas. What color are the Drapes? Answer: White; subject to change. Are the Tables 6 feet? Answer: Yes In the Primary Care 60x10 foot tent. What are we using to separate the stations? Answer: Not certain, but I would assume pipe and drape. What is break down / removal day? Answer: November 6 is preferred. Can the parking lot get marked prior to November 4th? Answer: No. Solicitation 36C24523Q0072 will close on Thursday 10/27/2022 at 2pm EST.
