Description
PRE-SOLICITATION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), Philadelphia, PA has a one-time requirement for the procurement of diesel mechanic tools for employment. Requirement is brand name (Snap-On Tools). Competition will be set-aside for Small Business due to the Non-Manufacturer Rule under NAICS code 332216. Price evaluation of 10% will be given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and 5% will be given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that can be verified in the SBA VetCert database.
The solicitation document will be posted to Contract Opportunities immediately following the publication of this presolicitation notice. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Office NLT Friday April 16th, 2024, at 3:30 PM CST. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at https://beta.sam.gov.
