The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Richmond is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing (or legitimately obtain) the items listed in the attached spreadsheet. The current approved sole source of supply and part number is Rolls Royce Corporation.  Please review the attached NSNs and provide us with any sources that are able to manufacture the item.  Please also provide the location of the manufacturer (City and State OR country, if applicable).  Please also provide points of contact for these manufacturers if available.  All of this information can be submitted to Elizabeth Napolitano at Elizabeth.Napolitano@dla.mil.  This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal.  It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government.  Responses in any form are not offers and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.  No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.  Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.
