PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77622Q0400 Santa Rosa Pkg. 34 3Shape E4 Digital Scanner, Laptop & Software (Brand Name or Equal) October 5, 2022 The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco, CA has a requirement to purchase 3Shape E4 Digital Scanner, Laptop & Software (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic being constructed in Santa Rosa, CA. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR 13.105. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ), Unrestricted, conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(d), Subpart FAR 13.5, and VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7005. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on or about October 5, 2022, and quotes will be due on Tuesday October 11, 2022 by 1:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. A copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is included with this Pre-Solicitation Notice for your information, as well as the required Buy American-Free Trade Agreement-Israeli Trade Act Certificate.
