FLTIII Wideband Multiband RF Telemetry Recorder

The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source Wideband Systems Inc.. Wideband Systems Inc. is the original and only known manufacturer of Multi-band Telemetry Recorders that meet form, fit, and function for this application. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to provide USC Components in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 334511.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW.

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Christopher Mokbel via email at christopher.j.mokbel.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 05:00 PM PDT on  1 June 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426723Q0249 in the subject line.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
