82 FSS Fitness Center Wipes

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Fitness Center Wipes to be furnished in rolls of 800 for 1178 total rolls at Sheppard AFB. Wipes must be phosphate free, contain NO Bleach, and kill 99.9% of bacteria. Dimensions are 8x6 per wipe.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of Performance is 60 Calendar Days after receipt of award.

The applicable NAICS code is 325612, and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. 

The solicitation number is FA302022Q0050 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo- Fitness Center Wipes” for the RFQ format. All documents, including the solicitation,FA302022Q0050, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.

The solicitation will close at 2:00 PM CDT on 1 September 2022. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
