The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The solicitation will be for insurance coverage and management of the related services for all the U.S. Government owned official vehicles and motorcycles located in Belgrade, Serbia.  The Embassy owns approximately 60 passenger and cargo vehicles and 3 motorcycles. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
