Bill Hefner, Salisbury VA Medical Center intends to solicit for a base plus four option years for Elevator Inspection services for the W.G. Bill Hefner, Salisbury VA Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144-2515. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to solicit the elevator inspection services requirement. A Firm-Fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. The VA anticipates issuing a 100% SDVOSB set aside open market solicitation for this requirement. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible. This requirement will be solicited on a competitive basis. A single firm-fixed price contract will be awarded, which will be made commensurate with the needs of the W.G.
