The purpose of this amendment is to implenment changes as set forth in the Bidder Inquiry responses posted 17 July
2023, add Illinois Wage Rates, include the Small Business Commitment Template document, add updated Plans
Sheet SB-303 and Plans Sheet SB-304 (Attached), add updated Specifications (Attached) and provide the List of
Question and Answers from ProjNet (attached).



**Updated Description

LD24 Pier Rehab/Structural Column Repair

“Several major components at the LD24 facilities are in need of repair and rehabilitation. Work is anticipated to be accomplished with traditional river marine construction equipment, such as floating plant and barge mounted crane, staged at the gate bays of the dam in which the work is being done. The work will be performed in each bay behind provided bulkheads, which will be installed and removed by the Contractor.”
