The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Services at the VA St. Louis Health Care System s Jefferson Barracks Division and John Cochran Division located in Missouri.
