Project: select and install a leak monitoring and notification system for Garland VA Medical Facility Chiller Refrigerant System. 36C25722Q0190 The project purpose is to select and install to replace failing existing Leak Monitoring and Notification system for the Chiller Refrigerant System. The System needs to provide remote notification to the Energy Center at the Dallas VA Medical Center. The System will bring the chillers into compliance as regards to leak detection, monitoring and notification per applicable governing standards. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $15,000 and $100,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Andrew Stigen. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer.  Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
