Description

1. This is a request for quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis / solicitation notice for commercial
products / services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n): Request for Quotation (RFQ), as originated within SAM.gov, and
is continuous off that RFQ, as this requirement is authorizing Open Market Pricing so long as, it meets the
Buy American Act.
3. This Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through, Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, dated July 2022.
4. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business Competition.
5. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333912 – Air and Gas Compressor
Manufacturing. .
6. The size standard of 1,000 employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to
