Special Operations Mountain Warfare Training Center (SOMWTC)

Provide corporate level training on glacier, and avalanche safety, alpine, rock, and ice climbing and considerations, backcountry ski touring, and planning methodology, rescue and rescue systems used during Military Mountaineering Operations (MMO). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Single Pitch Instructor course with examination, Alpine mentorship, Multi-pitch Rock mentorship, American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) Rec 1, 2, Backcountry ski mentorship, and Ice climbing mentorship. As defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Services will be performed by a certified American Mountain Guide (AMG) or International Federation Mountain Guide Association (IFMGA) Guide.
