Description

Solicitation # SPE7MX-22-R-0109 was initially issued on 3 AUG 2022 and closed on 2 SEP 2022.

Amendment #0001 issued on 06 SEP 2022 contained the wrong solicitation number and the wrong NSN and nomenclature on page two.

Amendment #0002 is now being issued to correct the solicitation number to # SPE7MX-22-R-0109.

 Amendment #0002 REOPENS the solicitation for the  receipt of offers on CLIN 0001; NSN 5930-01-123-1368; Push Button.  This Amendment #0002 will reopen the solicitation from 06 SEP 2022 to 09 SEP 2022. 

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Amendment #0001 is being issued to solicitation # SPE7LX-22-R-X029 to REOPEN the solicitation for the  receipt of offers on CLIN 0001; NSN 6140-01-596-1366; Battery Parts Kit.  This Amendment #0001 will reopen the solicitation from 06 SEP 2022 to 09 SEP 2022. 

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue a competitive solicitation to be conducted under FAR Part 15-Contracting by Negotiation; utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.  The Government proposes to award an Indefinite-Quantity Contract (IQC) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.  The contract period will be for a  3-year contract, consisting of a one-year base period and two 1-year option periods. Firm-fixed pricing will be applicable. The Government intends to place delivery orders under the awarded contract for DLA stock support only.  Below is the subject NSN to be procured with description and approved CAGES and part numbers.

       The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of  03 AUG 2022 or thereafter.  Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. 

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, offered delivery and socioeconomic support for the designated NSN.
