Calf Creek Recreation Area Day Use Picnic Shelters

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) by the Bureau of Land Management Utah Sate Office (UTSO) for the fabrication and installation of shelters at the Calf Creek Campgrounds in Escalante, Utah. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside with a solicitation number of 140L57Q230070 The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest, and is considered fair and reasonable.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

This requirement is for One (1) Pavilion Structure and Three (3) Picnic Shelters. The main objective of this purchase is to provide all materials necessary to construct one large (45x30) pavilion and three small (16x16) pavilions for Calf Creek Rec Site and installation IAW attached drawings and SOW.


BASIS FOR AWARD:

This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
