Description

Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to the Statement of Work, and to publish answers to all questions received to date.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, including DFARS subpart 217-71. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Scope of Work (SOW) is included with additional information for line item. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation.

CLIN0001 DESCRIPTION
Furnish all labor, materials, fittings, equipment, tools, power, compressed air, etc., and performing all work on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Drift Collection Vessel "DRIFTMASTER" in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).


FOB: Destination

Inspection and Acceptance: See Statement of Work.

Period of performance: Forty-five (45) calendar days after delivery of the vessel to Contractor’s yard. The Contractor shall take delivery of the vessel at an agreed upon date within fifteen (15) calendar days after award.

Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, published 26 April 2022. Clauses and Provisions are available online at https://www.acquisition.gov.


This solicitation is being competed as a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 336611- Ship Building and Repairing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

A wage determination for the county where the vessel is presently located is included as a reference only. Final wage determination will be based on the location where work is performed. SCA Wage Determinations can be found at SAM.gov.
