Description of Work:   

 The Amphitheater Recreation Site is heavily visited throughout the year. Currently there is no restroom on site. The work associated with this project entails:

• Supply and Install 1-seat CXT vault restroom.

• Supply and install one bearproof trash bin.

Location:   

 Work will take place at the Amphitheater Recreation Site located in Madera Canyon on the Nogales Ranger District within Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The site is approximately 40 miles southeast of downtown Tucson. The site may be accessed traveling south on I-19 to Exit 63. Heading east on Continental Rd and following signs to Madera Canyon Recreation Area and on to the Forest, approximately 13-½ miles. Legal description: Township 20S, Range 14E, and Section 2. The coordinates for the site are Latitude: 1.722126° and the Longitude: -110.879646°.

Basis for Award:  The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value-Technically Acceptable:  Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.

     May 18, 2023 @ 10:00 am PT
