Description

Replace obsolete 6-plex housing unit with new 6-plex unit that meets code and is sustainable in a remote area required for occupancy. The units replace substandard units and employees will gain satisfactory housing. This will allow adequate resource and visitor protection in the area. The new unit will provide affordable, safe, and accommodating housing for park employees. Deferred maintenance will be eliminated for current location 63107 by replacing the 6-plex location 63107 with the construction of a 6-plex housing unit.
