Description
The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, has awarded a firm fixed price, single-source contract to Alaska Department of Corrections, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This contract is for the acquisition of JBER Joint Confinement Services- provide confinement services to temporarily house Air Force/Army prisoners in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, dated 25 April 2022.
Alaska Department of Corrections is the only known vendor that has the ability to provide these services.
