Description
Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct an analysis of the strategic military implications for NATO of the long-term trajectory of Russia’s strategic and military capabilities. The analysis will include an assessment of the underlying reasons for Russia’s strategic behavior and the changing character of its relationships.
