Description

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for their multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Minor Construction Contracts V (MCC-V) requirement.  Work under MCC-V will be performed in the construction category which may include, but is not limited to, maintenance, repair, painting, alteration, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, civil, earthwork, fencing, structural, steel fabrication and or welding, roofing, building renovations, building construction, demolition, and United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects.  

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.   

This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and $45M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about September 6, 2023 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about October 5, 2023.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.

It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this  website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).  Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
