Description

The Department of the USAF, Columbus AFB, MS, 14th Contracting Squadron (14 CONS) is seeking sources for a contemplated Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which will serve as  the mechanism for selected vendors to provide Emergency Hazardous Spill remediation at Columbus Air Force Base, MS and Shuqualak, MS.  In addition, 14 CONS is seeking industry feedback concerning the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).  IAW FAR 19.203(b), to set aside acquisitions for small business concerns does not preclude the contracting officer from awarding a contract to a small business under the 8(a) Program, HUBZone Program, SDVOSB Program, or WOSB Program.  Therefore, the Government is seeking industry input to ascertain if multiple small businesses have the capability to perform according to the DRAFT PWS .

We are requesting that vendors respond to this Sources Sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities, capacity, and interest in satisfying the requirement through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract or agreement as a result of this questionnaire. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. Contact with other than 14 CONS Government personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited.
