Description
This solicitation was amended on 30 March 2022 at 7:15AM Eastern Standard Time. The purpose of this Amendment is to post the Questions and Answers asked by all interested parties, as well as update the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). The PPQ date has been amended from 29 March 2022 to 18 April 2022. Please use the updated copy of the PPQ.
The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity IDIQ contract for Historical Oral Transcription Services. This effort is in support of the Center of Military History in the preservation of oral history though transcription. The guaranteed minimum for this contract will be obligated in the first Task Order of Ordering Year One.
Please ensure the following provisions are filled in and returned with your response: 52.204-17, 52.204-24, 52.209-7, 52.209-11, 52.212-3, and 252.204-7007 Alternate A. The Pricing Workbook and Past Performance Questions must also be returned in order to be considered responsive.
All questions related to this RFP must be submitted, in writing to victoria.l.coon4.civ@army.mil, no later than 25 March 2022 at 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time. All Questions and Answers related to this RFP will be posted, here, to SAM.gov, no later than 01 April 2022 at 4:30PM EST.
