CCTV CBRN Inclusion

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0055 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and DFARS change notice 4/27/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 personnel. This requirement is for CCTV CBRN Inclusion as stated in Attachment 1 - JBSA-LACKLAND-CBRN-SOW Version 7, and Attachment 2 - BEAST CBRN TRENCHING AND CAMERA POLL DRAWINGS BINDER. 

Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your responses IAW with Solicitation RFQ to: Jack Caniglia (Primary Contact) at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 A.M. CST, 5 June 2023 - Thursday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. 

Any and all questions will be due by 1:00PM CST 25 May 2023 - Thursday using the attached Questions and Answers document Addendum 01. 

Site Visit: 24 May 2023, at 10:00 am (CST) upon request. A site visit is not required for this solicitation. If a vendor requests a site visit, please submit the information listed below to Jack Caniglia (jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil) no later than 1pm CST on Wednesday, 17 May 2023 (No requests will be accepted after this time/date). - Name of individual(s) Attending (No More Than 2 Per Business) - Driver’s License Number - Date of Birth - Country of Birth 

All attending vendors must obtain their Bass Passes at the JBSA Lackland Security Office before going to Chapman Annex.

After obtaining your Base Passes, all attending vendors must meet at the 502d Contracting Squadron located at JBSA Lackland at 10am before heading to the location.

Please Note: Please give yourself plenty of time to obtain your Base Passes at the Lackland Security Office before heading to the 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland TX. The drive from the 502d Contracting Squadron JBSA Lackland TX to the Chapman Annex is between 15 and 25 minutes and the average wait times at the Security Office can range from minutes to hours pending a traffic flow.
