Amendment 2:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1)Provide answers in response to all questions received.

2)Provide the updated solicitation "80AFRC22R0002 Rev 1." dated 1/31/2023

3)Provide the updated Performance Work Statement Rev 1. dated 1/24/2023.

4)Provide the revised Pricing Exhibit Rev 1 dated 1/24/2023.

5)Extend the proposal due date from February 14, 2023 to February 22, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST.

6)Provide Final Request for Proposal Cover Letter dated 01/09/2023

Amendment 1:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Provide the CATSS III Preproposal Conference Slides

2. Provide the CATSS III Preproposal Conference Attendee List.

This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80AFRC22R0002. The principal purpose of Center Administrative and Technical Support Services III (CATSS III) contract is to provide technical and administrative services in support of directorates, programs, projects, and offices at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) and NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).

This is a competitive 8(a) set-aside requirement.

All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to Roxana Romero (roxana.l.romero@nasa.gov) and Robbin Kessler (robbin.m.kessler@nasa.gov) by January 23, 2023, at 4:00pm PT. Telephone questions will not be accepted. 

Offerors shall follow all instructions listed in Section E, Electronic Submission of Proposals - Proposal Marking and Delivery Through NASA's EFSS Box (Nov 2021) of the attached RFP for submission instructions. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM PST on February 14, 2023.
