Commercial Storage Space, Madison WI (Sources Sought)

The Wisconsin Air National Guard at Truax Field in Madison, WI requires approximately 10,000 square feet of storage space from approximately October 2022 through December 2023. This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of renting this space. The following requirements for the space are anticipated:

-10K Sq Ft, may be split into smaller spaces

-Beginning of Oct 2022 through Dec 2023, the sooner we can get in the beginning of Oct the better, end date depends upon construction completion

-Hard Floor

-Lighted

-Self-access

-Within 30 mile radius

-Capable of vehicle storage

-Ability to drive forklift into

-Humidity Controlled

-Secure location
