The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office - Miami in support of US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters located in Doral, FL 33172 is issuing a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.  The purpose of this requirement is to provide lodging and parking to support the FY23 Women Peace and Security Workshop Conference, (WPSW) events dates are 8-10 March 2023 in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the synopsis and a written solicitation issued 21 February 2023. The applicable NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, this industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing short-term lodging in facilities known as hotels, motor hotels, resort hotels, and motels. The establishments in this industry may offer food and beverage services, recreational services, conference rooms and convention services, laundry services, parking, and other services.
