Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W50S8V-23-Q-0020 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) which will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 02 June 2023.

This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 339999 with a small business size standard of 550 employees.

The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Fiber Laser Engraver. This requirement is being evaluated on price alone. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. The award of this contract will be made without discussions.

All offers shall be submitted to Philip Henderson via email at philip.henderson.5@us.af.mil prior to 11 Aug 2023, at 2:00pm EST.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2023.
