Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBA).
All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This will be verified at the time of offer.
Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for:
Dairy for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System in Temple, TX and Waco, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposed Period of Performance: 11/09/2024 to 11/08/2025 plus four (4) option years.
Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Maria Orosco-Hofmann, Contract Specialist, at Maria Orosco-Hofmann@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote 36C25724Q1014 Dairy by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation.
