Cooking Services

The contractor is required to provide cooking services for U.S. Embassy Berlin, (MSG) Marine Security Guards. The prices shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of monthly services upon receipt of a proper invoice.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. 

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference (site visit) and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The Embassy of the United States in Germany will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no later than 1 January 2022.

This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy in Berlin and SAM.gov.

No paper copies will be mailed.
