Note: All information contained in this Request for Information (RFI) is preliminary as well as subject to amendment and is in no way binding on the Government. Information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government." E.8 RFI QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Quotes shall be submitted via email under the subject RFQ number. Please submit the quotes by email with your company information to Matthew.Newell@va.gov , Evan.Lee1@va.gov and Marleine.Raisin@va.gov . Please note that file size is limited to less than 5 mb. If your file exceeds the size limit, please send multiple emails. Your response must be received by the closing date indicated on the Contract Opportunities website for the RFI quote to be considered timely but late submission may still be evaluated. 2. Offerors shall submit a price breakdown by line-Items via a Price Schedule with prices for all items required for the Request for Information. Prices shall be no more than two decimal places. No open market items will be accepted. All offeror proposed labor categories and hourly rates must be currently on their FSS 70 contract by the close of the solicitation. Offeror shall provide a detailed crosswalk between the proposed prices on Price Schedule (Quote Breakdown) and their FSS 70 contract Price List, along with any discounts being provided.
