Description

FA466123Q0019 RFQ  has been updated with FA466123Q0019 RFQ Revision 1 (27 Jan 2023). And this RFQ supersedes the  previous one. The changes made are marked red.

The C-130E Hercules should be sanded, have corrosion repaired, repainted using high-quality, glossy, automotive two-part polyurethane, including restoration of all existing decal and painted markings using painted re-application. Landing gear, tires, windows and the flag poles around the aircraft are to be included. The contractor shall perform limited disassembly of the aircraft and components in an effort to locate and remove all areas of external corrosion. The contractor shall ensure the aircraft is clean and free from dirt, debris, and contaminants. The contractor shall perform corrosion treatment to all external surfaces, reassemble all components and items, and apply final chemical coating treatment to prevent corrosion from spreading. Finally, the contractor will apply color matching high-gloss paint to the aircraft exterior. See attachments.
