Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Human Performance Technical Services

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD, BRIDGE CONTRACT TO O2X HUMAN PERFORMANCE, LLC, FOR HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL SERVICES.

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Professional Services Acquisition Unit (PSAU) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Bridge contract to O2X Human Performance, LLC for Human Performance Technical Services.  The period of performance will be from 2 August 2023 to 1 February 2024 and the estimated value is $186,250.

This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Bridge Contract is intended to provide Human Performance Technical Services to The Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).  This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice via email to Mona Lisa Brown, Contracting Officer at mbrown9@fbi.gov and Lidia Anderson, Contracting Officer’s Representative at llanderson@fbi.gov, no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time, Wednesday, 2 August 2023, Subject Line: Response to Notice of Intent for Human Performance Technical Services.
