Pre-Sol# 36C25222B0027 Project: EHRM Installation of Data Drops and Power Outlets (DDPO) Project Number: 676-21-702 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement for EHRM Installation of Data Drops and Power Outlets (DDPO) at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E Veterans St, Tomah, WI 54660. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to prepare the site identified on the Tomah VA campus for the installation of additional data drops, power outlets and equipment bracing for equipment deployment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The project magnitude price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238210 with a size standard $16.5 Million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 80 calendar days (60 days construction and 20 days for administration) after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/home) on or about April 15, 2022. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for May 25, 2022. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database
