Description
This award is for Contract Emergency Residential Housing Services as part of its community based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. Services shall be performed for the VA Western NY Health Care System - Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, NY 14215.
