Description
Solicitation SPE300-24-R-0037 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Texas and Oklahoma. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from March 13, 2025, to March 8, 2028. Tier 1 will be from March 13, 2025 - March 9, 2027. Tier 2 will be from March 10, 2027, to March 8, 2028.
The solicitation contains six (6) groups:
Group 1: Joint Base San Antonio, Texas – (Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), Randolph AFB and Fort Sam Houston)
Group 2: Sheppard AFB, Texas
Group 3: Fort Cavazos, Texas
Group 4: Goodfellow AFB, Texas
Group 5: Dyess AFB, Texas
Group 6: State of Oklahoma – (Altus AFB, Tinker AFB and Fort Sill)
All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on https://sam.gov/content/home (SAM.gov) in a future posting and the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP's) are in the Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued in October 2024.
