This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. Please note that no award will be issued from this Notice.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. Vendors are NOT required to submit price information in response to this notice. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supplies or services. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Not responding to this notice will not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any are issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) through sam.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of industry, to include all Small Business Community. All are highly encouraged to respond with their vendor capabilities, qualifications, pricing information, and contact information.
The Regional Contracting Office – Soto Cano is seeking information about responsible vendors that can provide repairs of the buildings by replacing and upgrading structures to serviceable conditions including areas of the bar, kitchen, bathrooms, seating, and deck areas. The contractor would provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or non-personal services necessary to provide repairs to the buildings.
Requirement is as follows–
1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to building A-401, ASA MWR Community Activity Center - Last Resort section repair and Building A-402, MWR’s recreational shelter repair as outlined in the Last Resort Repair document attached to this sources sought.
Please note that period of performance will be determined at a later date.
