Description

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in Nairobi, Kenya. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance of the contract is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).

An in-person Site Visit will be conducted on 12 October 2022 (see Section L.1) of the U.S. Mission facilities in Nairobi. A PowerPoint Presentation is attached to this solicitation as well.

Offerors are required to request access in SAM.gov in order to view the solicitation and all correlating documents. Vendors will have an opportunity to ask questions which are due to the POC identified in the solicitation by 14 October 2022 via email only, see Section L.9 in 19AQMM22R0160 pdf for more details.

Amendment 01   - Updates Section L.5, solicitation cutoff date. Vendors shall have proposals turned into the Contracting Officer NLT 15:00 EST, 18 November 2022. This amendment also updates the Site Visit info in Section L.1, and Section L.9, Offerors Questions and Answers.
