Description

General Information Action Code: Combined Synopsis Solicitation Document Type: RFQ RFQ Number: 36C10E21Q0061 Posted Date: March 11, 2022 Response Date: March 21, 2022 Classification Code: R614 Support Administrative Paper Shredding Set Aside: SDVOSB Verified with CVE NAICS Code: 561990 All Other Support Services Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. A quotation is not an offer and, consequently, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Therefore, issuance by the Government of an order in response to a supplier s quotation does not establish a contract. The order is an offer by the Government to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions. A contract is established when the supplier accepts the offer. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Phoenix Regional Office (RO) 3333 N. Central Ave, Phoenix AZ and the Regional Contact Center (RCC) 3838 N. Central Ave, Phoenix AZ on the 11th floor requires the services of a contractor to shred VA records and other materials for a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods exercisable at the discretion of the government. The contractor shall utilize mobile shredding vehicles capable of shredding all types of material on-site to an industry standard for cross-cut or double cut shredding not easily reconstructable or readable. SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR FULL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT AND ATTACHMENTS.
