Description
Conduct a literature search and project scope development to assess and examine the impacts of persistent harmonic and subharmonic (referred to as harmonic hereafter) waveforms that are produced by the electrical system, test sources, non-liner loads, and transient operation of equipment on under voltage relays, specifically the degraded voltage relay (DVR) and loss of voltage (LOV) relays.
