Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Concrete Mounting Pads in support of Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Please see the attached solicitation and corresponding documents for more information.
