Description

This is a sources sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a Full and Open acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

NOMENCLATURE: Winch, Aircraft

Input/Output NSN: 1680-01-141-7615

Input/Output P/N: 114E6040-6

ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 15 – Maximum 210 each

Maximum of 210 each includes quantity of 175 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 35 each.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.

The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The Winch, Aircraft is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) DMWR-55-1680-133, Revision Date: 6/7/2013, has been identified for this requirement.
