NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. 2. The 153d Airlift Wing, Cheyenne, WY is conducting market research to identify potential sources (within a 5 mile radius of Fort Collins, Colorado) to provide Yellow Ribbons Event services IAW the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3.
