Description
Puerto Rico Power System Stabilization, Transmission and Distribution MATOC - Request for Proposal (RFP). The Contractor shall be responsible for providing Transmission and Distribution (T and D) services to customers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The transmission and distribution services will correct a wide variety of deficiencies at power generation, transmission, and distribution facilities throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico that are owned or operated by Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) or LUMA Energy (LUMA).
