Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Park America,Inc. at 1301 K ST NW LOWR, WASHINGTON, DC 20005  for parking spaces which will provide necessary parking availability. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The parking garage shall provide 12 parking spaces that meets the following minimum specifications:

The parking garage must be within a one (1) block radius of The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Washington, DC Office located at 400 7th Street, SW, Constitution Center, Floor 5W, Washington, DC 20005

  • Indoor parking spaces must have 24/7 Access
  • In and out privileges
  • Self-parking that allows drivers to retrieve their vehicles at any time
  • Must be able to accommodate Sedan & SUV size vehicles

    Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

    This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by the date specified in this notice will be considered by the government.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any quotation/response should be emailed to Paula Taylor, Contract Specialist at vga8@cdc.gov by 12:00 p.m. on  29 May 2023. Vendor responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the proposed service is capable of meeting all of the characteristics of the services needed and described above. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements and is received by the aforementioned deadline, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shall make award on a sole source basis to Park America, Inc.
