SEE DUPLICATE ANNOUNCEMENT AND SUBSEQUENT IFB LOCATED UNDER NUMBER 36C77623B0036-1 INTRODUCTION:  The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract using design-bid-build selection procedures for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades Construction Project at the Omaha VA Medical Center (VAMC), Omaha, NE.  PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The scope of this project includes but is not limited to the following infrastructure improvements: Prepare and install OIT materials in the VA campus for EHRM Upgrades. The main campus of Omaha VA Medical Campus will require a near-complete re-cabling of the main hospital Building 1 and all associated buildings shown in the plans. This project will include all materials and labor to replace all telecommunications cable, outlets, and associated equipment for buildings in this project at the Omaha VA Medical Campus. Multiple buildings on campus will be included on plans. Refer to Specifications for limitations and requirements on work scheduling and off hours work. ADMINISTRATIVE:  The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.  Proposals received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered.  The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million. The solicitation is expected to be issued in FY 2023. The period of performance is approximately 1,095 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.  The Magnitude of Construction is expected to be between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.00.  This notice is not a request for competitive offers.  All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to Lorna.Craig@va.gov .  Telephone calls will not be accepted.
