Notice of Intent to Sole Source

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and services as required for the additional utility electrical connections required by the local utility company, City light and Power (CLP) for the completion of a Microgrid on Fort Campbell KY. As part of this solicitation the contractor will be required to coordinate with CLP as the sole electrical utility provider on Fort Campbell. USACE intends to sole source the work to Ameresco Inc. who is the existing contractor for design/build construction of the microgrid at Fort Campbell.

*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
