Description
The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price non-personal services contract for TRICARE Network Access Clerk Services for the 51st Medical Group (MDG) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) at Osan Air Base, Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 April 2022 through 31 March 2023 (Base Period) with four (4) one-year option periods.
Required qualifications include but is not limited to:
(1) The contractor shall provide TRICARE Network Access Clerk services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
(2) The contract personnel shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years providing service in Referral Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration and in medical customer service/liaising with providers, with patients at MTF or equivalent treatment facility which is in US medical system.
(3) The Contractor shall provide a proof documentation of Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), which was obtained within the last three (3) years, and a score no less than 750. Or TOEIC Speaking Test score 110 or higher if contractor's nationality is not U.S. If contractor is native English speaker (U.S. citizen) who is residing in Korea, they are not required to provide TOEIC Score.
The proposed action will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561110 and the annual size standard is $8M.
