Description

Solication Noo42122Q0230 issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis for Rhode & Schwarz USA Incorporated authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. The may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this soliciation, 52.209-22, Representation by Corporation Reguarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Feder Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer.

Interested Persona may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by April 20, 2022 will be considered by te Government. Delivery must be completed within five (5) days of contract award. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice soley within the descretion of the government. All interested vendor MUST submit proposals and provide authorized distributor certificate. Vendor agrees with the clauses in section G. Information received will norally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
